AMS has a long term contract to provide on going support solutions to two PPP metering concession companies.

The SPVs are joint venture companies set up to run the concession given by a utility company to supply, fit and service gas and electricity meters in two areas of England. The total capital expenditure is in the region of a quarter of a billion Pounds.

AMS provides the SPV companies with a full, ongoing financial services solution, including monthly accounting and reporting, cash drawdown and management, VAT returns and other financial services. AMS also re-run the financial models as required under the contracts and for other 'what if' scenario runs requested by the client. In addition, AMS has constructed the statutory accounts for the SPV companies and their holding companies.
