AMS provide financial reporting and accounting solutions across a range of PFI concession SPVs.

Monthly accounts and reports are provided to a pre-agreed timetable. Other support services (including VAT returns, cash management and drawdowns and treasury arrangements) are also carried out.

Formats of the reports are agreed between the client and AMS, as are the interfaces which allow the services to be provided. Key to the success of this type of contract are open lines of communication plus an open attitude on both sides to changes, improvements and streamlining the flow of information, data and reports.

As a long term contract, these services are an example of where AMS agree a fixed price support contract, thereby giving the client an agreed level of service support and known ongoing costs.
