AMS has a long term contract to supply the company with financial and corporate governance solutions on their investments in the government’s LIFT initiative to improve infrastructure in the NHS.

The company will enter into many LIFT concession contracts with several partners.

AMS supply the company with a range of services which ease the Financial close process, get a robust and efficient reporting and accounting system in place from day one of the concession. We also deal with VAT, treasury, bank account and drawdown issues, as well as Statutory Accounts and Reports. Furthermore, AMS will supply a professional Company Secretary service to set up, advise at and minute the Board meetings of the various SPV and holding companies. AMS will rerun the Financial Models as required by the concession agreements.

This is a good example of where AMS provide a full range of solutions to an investor, at a fixed fee and with a pre arranged service level agreement. This gives the investor the security of knowing their future costs and, of course, allows them to concentrate their efforts on their key business areas in the concession.
