The JV is a company set up to run schools accommodation PFI contracts, with the investing companies being major UK PFI players.

AMS have provided the JV company with a variety of solutions including monthly accounting and reporting services and Statutory Accounts. We have also carried out numerous financial modelling assignments for the JV company, including remodelling to convert the Financial model from Fixed Asset reporting to Financial Asset (Finance Debtor) reporting.

AMS has also reworked and rewritten models to calculate and reflect revised profiling of debt and of revised and innovative treatment of lifecycle reserving, accounting and tax treatment.
