Under contract to this organisation, AMS has undertaken an internal audit
of a number of special purpose vehicles in which the company has shareholdings.
The audit review encompassed Corporate Governance, financial reporting
and cash controls.
The review compared current operations to best industry practice and
took into account relevant requirements of the corporate and contractual
documentation relevant to the company and the concession.
This was achieved by interviewing key staff and sample process testing.
The result was an audit report containing specific recommended actions
and procedures considered necessary to ensure that best practice standards
were maintained.
