(Financial Advisor – Car Park Facilities Contract PPP)

AMS are acting (in conjunction with the Bonvilston Partnership) as financial advisors to the NHS Trust for a multi-storey car park development at a General Hospital.

The Trust have issued a tender to select a partner to fund, design, build and manage a new multi-storey car park on the site, upgrade other existing facilities and manage all car parking at the hospital for a period of 25 years.

As financial advisor, AMS/Bonvilston are providing financial advice and assistance at all stages of the bidding process including preparation of the pre-qualification and tender documents, review of submissions, selection of the tenderers and preferred tenderer and detailed negotiations to achieve financial close.
